Switzerland & Prague were great, and Krakow, Poland was amazing. Go if you get 
the chance. At the Prague seminar I got all kinds of great ideas for the 
Patterns book, which will be posted within a few weeks.

For better or worse, it's done and on the printing presses!

Thanks to everyone who submitted corrections. I wasn't able to get everything, 
and many corrections were automatically taken care of by rewrites. Also, I 
didn't get to thank everyone personally, so please accept a blanket thanks! If 
you discover a correction you submitted wasn't made, it no doubt fell through 
the cracks (my fault). Please submit it again so I can fix it in the 
electronic version.
